Conditions of entry
v All work must be properly framed and prepared for hanging by single or double cord, with the artists name, address, title or work and if for sale, sale price on back of exhibit.
v All exhibits are to be suitably framed excluding Class 4
v Entries must be the original work of the exhibitor and completed during the past 2 years All exhibits must have name covered and have an exhibitor’s ticket attached.
v Maximum Size 92cm x 61cm (24” x 36”) (excluding Frame)
v An entry fee of $1.00 per painting will be charged.
v INSURANCE: The Dapto A & H Society will exercise all possible care of the works submitted, but will not be responsible for loss or damage to any such works while in its custody whether in transit or on exhibition.
v A 10% commission will be charged on all sales at the Show
v All exhibitors must make their own arrangements for delivery and collection of paintings. No responsibility will be taken by the Dapto A & H Society to return works
v The Judge of the Art section has the right to withhold prizemoney if, in their opinion, it is not warranted.
Entries Can be Collected By Owners Between 1.00pm and 2.00pm Sunday 23 January or from the Showground Office Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm the week following the show.
