DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS : Exhibits will be accepted in the new Pavilion (located behind the grandstand) on Thursday 19th January between 7.00pm and 8.00pm or on Friday morning 20th January between 8.00am and 9.00am
JUDGING : will commence 9.30am Friday
Competitors are to supply their own plate stands. All exhibits must be the own work of the exhibitor and must have been completed in the previous two (2) years. All exhibits are to be displayed with exhibitors tickets attached.

All Pavilion exhibits can be collected from the new Pavilion Areas between 1.00pm and 2.00pm on Sunday 22ND January.
