Monday 16^th January 8.30am to 4.30pm

Tuesday 17^th January 8.30am to 4.30pm

JUDGING :  will commence 11.00pm Friday

Prizemoney                                         1^st $1,000.00 + RIBBON

                                                           2^nd $  500.00 + RIBBON

Best Exhibit: Painting In Watercolour, Oil, Acrylic, Pastel, Ink etc or Combination

(Special Entry Form Is Required For Section 28)

Conditions of entry

1. Entries must be the original, unaided work of the entrant
2. All exhibits MUST HAVE name covered
3. Entries must be two dimensional and the size of the work should not exceed 100cm x 100cm
4. Entries may be of any medium ie; watercolour, oil, acrylic, pastel, ink, etc or combination
5. A non-refundable entry fee of $10.00 must accompany each entry form payable to Dapto A & H Society Inc by 4.30pm Tuesday 17^th January, 2012
6. Each artwork must be delivered to the office  of Dapto Showground, 89 Princes Highway, Dapto (no later than 4.30pm Tuesday 17^th January, 2012
7. No entries may be removed during the exhibition
8. All works must be properly framed and prepared for hanging by single or double cord, with the artists name, address, title or work and if for sale, sale price on back of exhibit
9. The reserve price of the work must be clearly indicated on the entry form
10. The organisers reserve the right to select works for display in an exhibition associated with the event or to promote the Dapto A & H Society Art Prize via any medium including brochures, website and print material of any type
11. There will be no refund of entry fees for works not selected for hanging
12. Insurance is the full responsibility of the entrant.  The organisers will exercise all care but will accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage of the works while held by the organisers or in transit.
13. Delivery and collection of works will be the full responsibility of the entrant.  Works not collected by the entrant will be disposed of at the discretion of the organisers without liability to the organisers.
14. Entrants shall allow their work to be reproduced for publicity purposes and waive any copyright claims in this instance.
15. The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winning work becomes the property of the sponsor (the prize includes the artist’s price for the work)
17. A 10% commission will be charged on all sales at the Dapto Show

Exhibits Can be Collected By Owners Between 1.00pm and 2.00pm Sunday 22^nd January or from the Showground Office Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm the week following the show.
