DELIVERY OF EXHIBITS : Exhibits will be accepted in the new Pavilion (located behind the grandstand) on Thursday 19th January between 7.00pm and 8.00pm or on Friday morning 20th January between 8.00am and 9.00am
JUDGING : will commence 9.30am Friday
All needlework must be exhibitors own work and have been completed in the last two (2) years. All articles must be unwashed, otherwise disqualified. The Association reserves the right to reject any exhibit that does not comply with printed regulations. All names must be covered and all articles must have an exhibitor’s ticket attached with a safety pin.

Prizemoney can be collected from the Show Office between 1.00pm and 5.00pm on Saturday 21st January or at collection of exhibits on Sunday 22nd January between 1.00pm to 2.00pm
All Pavilion exhibits can be collected from the new Pavilion Areas between 1.00pm and 2.00pm on Sunday 22ND January.
